Fresh good tasting coffee and a wide selection of tea. Omelette station and a vegan section too. Pastries and cake, good bread selection, English muffins and bagels.
Yoghurts and at least 4 huge bowls of fruit. Hot cooked buffet, cold meats/ fish/cheese. We ate breakfast in the lighthouse restaurant daily and how anyone can say there is no selection is beyond me. It was truely amazing and our housekeeper Roslin was outstanding, the room was spotless and very well maintained. We have just returned from a 7 night stay in the Prime minister suite and were taken aback by the quality of the room.
